The Design
Working as a team with you, we'll create and refine a concept for your new home with an estimate of the costs involved. This will be naturally based on your actual budget, not what we think you should spend!

Fixed Price - Means Just That !
Once you are completely satisfied with the concept from your Kingdom design team, we will proceed to working drawings with detailed specifications. We will also provide a fixed quotation.
